The payment of gratuity for our services is entirely at the discretion of the client and can be adjusted up or down, or not given at all.
To avoid incurring charges, cancellations or changes to reservations must be communicated at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
If you do not see your chauffeur upon arrival, please contact us immediately at 888-258-9555 for assistance in coordinating your pickup.
Upon exiting the cruise ship, passengers should call 888-258-9555 and provide their exact location so that the chauffeur can be directed to them promptly.
A wait time fee will be applied if the passenger has not entered the vehicle within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time. We will notify the booker of any wait time incurred. Grace periods are included in your rate as follows:

These fees cover up to 30 minutes of stop time.
Corporate Sedan Service is not liable for any damage to personal items left within the vehicle. Should any lost items be found, we will endeavor to return them to the owner at their expense.
Your final rate may vary based on wait time, additional services, parking, airport fees, and other surcharges that are not known prior to the service. Toll charges are determined based on the origination and destination of the trip, such as from Philadelphia to Huntingdon Valley, PA, and are not dependent on the specific route taken.
