How Early Should I Book My Reservation?

Please book your reservation at least one day in advance to ensure we can accommodate your transportation needs.

 

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

You have the flexibility to cancel your reservation up to two hours before your scheduled pickup time without any penalty.

 

How Will I Receive My Receipt?

Once your journey is complete, we will automatically generate and send a receipt to your email address.

 

Why is the Charged Amount Different from the Quoted Price?

The final charge may include additional fees for parking, tolls, and waiting time or adjustments due to route changes that weren’t included in the original quote.

 

Where Do I Meet My Driver at the Airport?

At Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), you will meet your driver at the bottom of the steps leading into the Baggage Claim area. At Newark (EWR) and JFK Airports, please proceed to the designated Passenger Pick-Up Zones outside the terminals.

 

What Happens if My Flight is Delayed?

We continuously monitor all inbound flights so we are always aware of your arrival time. This ensures that your chauffeur is ready to meet you, regardless of any flight delays.

 

Can I Bring My Pet Along?

Yes, we welcome pets in our vehicles. Please ensure they are secured for their safety and the cleanliness of the vehicle.

 

How Can I Contact My Chauffeur?

We will send you a text message two hours before your scheduled pickup containing your chauffeur’s name and phone number. Feel free to call or text your chauffeur directly if you need to communicate with them.

 

What Kind of Training Do Your Chauffeurs Receive?

Our chauffeurs undergo extensive training, including one week in a classroom setting and another week shadowing a senior chauffeur. This comprehensive training ensures they meet our high standards for safety and customer service.

 

How Do I Make Changes to My Booking?

You can easily make changes to your booking by calling 267.715.2115, texting, or emailing us at reservations@sedanservice.com. We strive to accommodate your needs and adjust your reservation as requested.

 

Is There an Additional Charge for Making a Stop?

An additional stop on a one-way trip typically incurs a fee of $20 to $25. However, depending on the specifics of your booking, we often waive this charge for round-trip services.

 

What about Waiting Fees?

We provide a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled pickup time. After this, a waiting fee may apply.

 

When Am I Charged for My Service?

You will be charged for the service after your trip is complete. We ensure all charges are transparent and communicated in advance.
