Established in the mid 1960s, The Brandywine River Museum was the successful result of local residents of Chadds Ford Pennsylvania protecting endangered land. Today, this conservatory holds more than 430 conservation easements and has protected more than 44,000 acres in Delaware & Chester counties right ourside of Philadelphia.
