Are you ready for football season? Hellz yea! Summer camps opened all across the land with hope as high as the temperature.
The Eagles started up in Bethleham. Andy Reid and the boys started sweating it and banging heads this past week. Ok, the boys sweated it out. Andy looks like he could use the work but the only lifting he appears to be doing is at the buffet table. Can anyone say Nutri-system, please help? This guy is a Big Mac away from a heart attack.
Despite Andy's need to die early Eagle Nation's hopes are renewed with QB Kevin Kolb taking over for Donovan “ Catch this pass at your ankles” McNabb. I for one see Joe Montana reincar

nated. Ok, maybe a slight hyperbole. The rest of the offense is stacked at skilled positions. Jackson, Celak , Maclin, McCoy and the rest spell a lot of scoring. I always worry about Akers, but that's only because he points towards / relies on Jesus too much.
The defense is a big question mark. Can middle linebacker Micheal Bradley recover from knee surgery? Can rookie safety, Nate Allen finally fill the void at safety left by Brian Dawkins leaving. Does defensive Coordinator Sean McDermit know what the hell he's doing?
Even with all the hope one wonders how the Birds match up with the rest of the tough NFC East. Unfortunately, The cowgirls look stacked, The Skins' should be better with Don running the show, with new coach, Mike Shanahan. The Giants, they are always tough.
So lets get ready to see really big humans knocking the snot out of each other!!! Go Eagles!!!

Finding a dependable limousine or car service in any city.
This process can, many times be difficult, impossible or even backfire. As the founder and owner of a long time (and may I add reliable) limousine and car service in the great city of Philadelphia, I have the following advice to offer as you plan your travels in any city.
- Understand some of the terminology: Limousine is often a word used to simply describe ground transportation in general. So be clear on the type of vehicle you need to hire. Here are many of your choices:
- Limousine: luxury stretch limousine for 6, 10 or more passengers. Ex. Lincoln, Cadillac, Mercedes-Benz
- Super Stretch: luxury limousine for more than 12 passengers
- Exotic Stretch Limousine: A 6 or more passenger stretch luxury limousine but a more exotic model. Ex. Hummer, SUV, etc.
- Car Service: Usually a sedan and NOT a stretch luxury limousine.
- Van Service: 11 to 15 passenger cargo type van usually used for shared-ride or shuttle services or for event transportation.
- Other Available Vehicles: Mini-bus for 16 or more. Can include luxury features but certainly not always.
- Private (Direct) vs. Shuttle (Shared Ride): This is a very important distinction to understand. Be sure you are clear about which type of service you need and just as importantly, which type of service your transportation company "thinks" you need or asked for. Private service can be secured using any of the vehicle types I mentioned above. It's important to determine if you need "private & "direct" service (usually for a premium price) or a shared ride or shuttle service (usually less expensive). The important considerations are as follows:
- Private or Direct Service: In this case, you and your party or the only passengers. You determine when you wish to picked up and the ride should be standing by for you upon your return trip. You are defining the schedules and stops as well as vehicle needed.
- Shuttle or Shared Ride Service: With this travel model the usual priority is passenger price so you are giving up some control and convenience to save on your travel budget. In this case, the service provider may choose any vehicle within reason and they will determine pick up and drop off scheduling. The other big difference here is that you will most likely be one of many in the pick up schedule so be prepared for stops after your going to an airport and stops before you returning home from the airport.
- Other features that indicate a carrier of quality:
- Late model vehicles: Ask your representative what year vehicles will be used in your ground transportation. This indicates stability and safety observations made by your car service provider.
- Safety equipment: Be sure the level of safety compliance meets with your standards as well as the benchmark or local authority standards.
- Longevity: In many cases, the weaker or less dependable ground transportation companies can't maintain viability for any length of time so ask how long they have been in business. My recommendation is be wary of a company that has less than 5 years experience in your community.
- Live Assistance: Because travel plans and vacations can change quickly and in many cases you have to deal with that "stress" component, it is helpful to have access to a live person to confirm, change or cancel travel plans. A 24 hour operation is advisable.
- Technology: The limousine or car service (or shuttle) company you choose should have the technology in place for you to get receipts, confirm or change your travel details online if you wish.
These are just some of the features of a quality, reputable limousine service, car service or shuttle service in any city you travel through. Stay tuned to our blog through the available RSS feed or simply by email (see above) and we will try to provide current and useful travel information in the hopes of making your ground transportation and overall travels easier and less stressful.
If you are traveling through the Philadelphia or surrounding areas, please offer us the chance to prove our experience and reliability through our quality Philadelphia limousine and car service.

Thumbs Up For The Water Club In Atlantic City
Hey Everyone,
Gregg Fox from Philadelphia Limousine Services here to tell you about the best weekend I have had in a very long time. Hold on, I know what you're thinking but thats not it...
This great weekend took place in Atlantic City at the Water Club by Borgata. If you looking for an amazing room over looking the Atlantic Ocean in Atlantic City, along with all the amenities you could possibly desire... go to The Water Club now! If you can afford a suite go for it. It's well worth it for the luxury, experience and memories.
The Water Club in Atlantic City has outstanding restaurants, amazing clubs, breathtaking views and a huge casino and yes, there's a poker room.
Oh, did I mention the over the top spa? if you want a great massage, to start your weekend off right, this would be the place to do it. This spa offers a variety of massages including, stone treatment, facials, shiatsu and more.
My personal favorite, as far as dinning is concerned was the japanese stylied, Izakaya. But they also have a Bobby Flay place and a great steakhouse among other fine food. The huge casino is filled with a young, very attractive, easy on the eyes crowd. Much different from the old fogies version you get at some Atlantic City Casinos.
The nightlife at this place is completely off the hook but done with taste and class. So many hot spots, night clubs, bars and entertainment. Just be sure to give yourself enough time and pace yourself as there is so much to do and see!
